Earth Day at Brierley!
A sunny start to our new term and the whole school celebrated ‘Earth Day’ with some wonderful activities related to the natural world. This included visits to our growing outdoor provision; our forest area, soon-to-be farm and garden, along with visits to our feathered, furry and slimy friends! We had a joyful (if a little disappointing) hatching of our single chick ‘Megatron’ who is growing fast, thanks to our learners' nurture and care.
Brierley Best Learning!

Informal Pathway Theme: The life Aquatic
Enrichment: weekly visits to Catch
Callum’s class are having their block of visits to Catch in Harehills to get to know the educational farm and their animals. They finished off this week's visit with a trip to the ‘pay as you feel’ cafe. Sam, Waj and Callum were very proud of the boys' manners and behaviour on the visit - they showed off what Brierley Best is all about!
