Purpose of role: 

To lead a small team of two other family support workers.

To work with and support families that are identified as requiring targeted Family support or help alongside children's social care. The role engages children and families with complex circumstances and carry-out comprehensive assessment and planning working in partnership with the families.

The closing date for applications is 9am on the 9th January with interviews taking place on the 16th January.
